Terms of service · Updated 7 September 2026. Pineapple Survey is operated by Bipul Debnath, an individual trading as Pineapple Survey, of TKDK Road, Khowai, Tripura 799201, India. Indian law governs these terms. Live earning and redemption are not enabled yet; the sections describing them take effect when those features are switched on.
1. Who may use Pineapple
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. Use one account per person. Survey and reward availability varies by country. Only countries expressly enabled for live services are eligible.
2. Your account
You are responsible for access to your email account and for keeping sign-in links private. Do not share or sell your account. We may limit, suspend, or close accounts for duplicate accounts, automated activity, false profile information, location manipulation, or abuse.
3. Surveys and rewards
Research partners determine eligibility and confirm completions. Estimated time and reward are shown before entry, but qualification and availability are not guaranteed. Sample surveys do not earn money. Points are programme credits subject to validation and these terms; they are not a bank deposit or transferable cash.
4. Adjustments and restrictions
Confirmed partner reversals may reduce your points, including after redemption. A negative balance is repaid by later valid earnings. We record adjustments in the wallet. Restrictions should include a reason and a way to appeal through Support.
5. Acceptable use
Do not automate survey answers, exploit callbacks or duplicate rewards, misrepresent your location, send referral spam, or attempt to access other members’ information. Only genuine research participation is eligible for rewards.
6. Questions and appeals
Submit an Account appeal ticket if you disagree with a restriction or reward adjustment. We aim to explain the decision and evidence that can be shared without compromising abuse prevention. No fixed response or payout service level is promised during preview.
7. Who operates Pineapple Survey
Pineapple Survey is operated by Bipul Debnath, an individual (sole proprietor) of TKDK Road, Khowai, Tripura 799201, India, contactable at info@pineapplesurvey.com. It is not an incorporated company. These terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts of Tripura, India have jurisdiction. Nothing here waives consumer rights you hold under the law of your own country. Live earning and redemption remain switched off until announced on this site.
