Reward Terms
Preview reward terms · No live redemption promise applies until the service is activated. Catalogue options and thresholds are indicative.
1. Point value
10,000 points = $1.00 USD in the programme. We use integer points and show a dollar equivalent. Points cannot be transferred between members or purchased.
2. When you earn
A partner-confirmed completion creates a reward entry. Positive survey rewards have a 48-hour hold. A study may screen you out without payment. We credit partner-funded screen-out rewards when supplied, but do not promise compensation for every unsuccessful attempt.
3. Redemption conditions
A verified account, complete profile, account age of at least 72 hours, three confirmed completions, sufficient available points, an enabled country, and an enabled payout service are required. All requests enter review in this version. A reward email cannot be shared between different accounts.
4. Catalogue and delivery
Indicative thresholds are $1 for airtime, $2 for selected gift cards, and $5 for PayPal. The actual Tremendous campaign and your country determine the final choices. We do not guarantee delivery within 24 or 48 hours during preview. Any provider fees or final restrictions must be shown before a live launch.
5. Reversals and refunds
Partners can reverse invalid rewards. A reversal is recorded separately and can result in a negative available balance. An unsent request rejected during review returns its reserved points. A sent or uncertain payout is not automatically refunded because it may already have been issued.
6. Referrals and engagement
Referral links currently record attribution only. The proposed 10% commission, prize pools, paid streaks, and earning multipliers are not active, and no entitlement accrues during preview. Any future paid programme needs published conditions and a funded budget.
