Pineapple has not delivered rewards to members yet, so there is no payout time, no reversal rate and no earnings distribution to report. The first report publishes once there is a real record behind every figure.

What we promise in the meantime

What this report will always contain

  • Total value delivered to members, and the number of rewards sent.
  • Median and 90th-percentile time from a reward request to delivery — not just the flattering median.
  • Partner reversal rate by value, per partner, because that is the figure that decides whether our reserve is honest.
  • Survey qualification rate per partner, so you can see which partners waste your time.
  • Support response times and the number of appeals upheld against us.
