Signed callbacks only
Every partner callback is verified by signature and source address, checked against a per-partner value ceiling, and applied exactly once by transaction id.
Reversals honoured properly
A reversal takes back precisely what the original completion granted, even if our reserve rate has changed since. Balances may go negative rather than be quietly written off.
Reconciliation you can audit
Conversions are immutable rows. Partner totals are reported per partner, and any drift against your reports is investigated rather than absorbed.
One person, one account
Reward destinations are unique across all members, first redemptions are reviewed by a person, and duplicate accounts are treated as a hard rule.
Honest expectation setting
We publish stated length and reward before a member starts, and we do not incentivise speed. That is a quality argument, not a marketing one.
Screen-outs passed through
Where you fund a screen-out payment, the member receives all of it. We take no share of a screen-out.
