The four stages

Pending: the partner has told us you completed a study and we have recorded your reward. It is yours, but it cannot be spent yet.

Confirmed: 48 hours have passed without a reversal, and the reward has moved into your spendable balance.

Reserved: you have requested a reward. The points leave your spendable balance immediately so they cannot be spent twice while your request is reviewed.

Sent: the delivery provider has accepted the order and issued your reward.

Why a hold period exists at all

Reversals arrive after the fact. If we let every reward be spent the moment it landed, a reversal would leave an account owing money it had already taken out — which is worse for you than a short wait.

Your wallet shows pending and spendable separately at every moment, so the wait is visible rather than a silent delay.

If a reward is reversed

We reverse exactly the amount we granted for that specific completion, not a recalculated figure. A later change to our reserve rate never changes the size of an old reversal.

If a reversal lands after you have already cashed out, your balance can go negative and future earnings repay it. That is written into our reward terms rather than applied quietly.
